Judge Donald Jackson, judge of a Houston county court at law number 3, has been indicted and accused of official oppression.  He allegedly sexually harassed a woman by making unwelcom sexual advances, requests for sexual favors, and verbal conduct of a sexual nature in exchange for letting her off a DWI charge.  Official oppression is a misdemeanor crime.  If convicted, Judge Jackson may face jail time and a fine of up to $4000.00.  I bet he is already aware of the potential punishment!
